Design Expo

Here are some pictures from my trip out to the Microsoft Research Design Expo Summit in Redmond. The pictures were taken during a scavenger hunt throughout downtown Seattle, a boat tour of Lake Washington, karaoke at a local bar, and finally the presentation at the Microsoft Research Center.

I had a truly amazing experience presenting eParole at Microsoft and enjoyed meeting all the amazing teams who also presented their ideas and look forward to building long lasting friendship with them all.

I would like to thank Clay Shirky, my Design Expo professor and Prof. Eric Rosenthalfor all their support and advice over this past semester as well as my teammates Josh, Tikva, Dan and Kate.

I would also like to thank Curtis Wong for his amazing advice as well as Lili Cheng of Microsoft for sponsoring and arranging this years Design Expo. Last but not least, a special thanks to Mike Kasprow for his always encouraging words and his great sense of humor.

This truly has been an experience I will never forget and have given me renewed confidence in my overall career path in life. I thank you all for allowing me the opportunity to participate in this years Design Expo and hope our paths will cross again in the near future.
