Final Presentation For The Brooklyn Historical Society

In the final presentation that was presented to the executive board at the BHS Society, my group and I decided to focus on what we believed would help BHS in accomplishing their overall goals of not only sharing the historical treasures the house but as well as reaching out to the community and allowing them to truly become more of a asset to the community.

We focused on the overall sense of community and how we can help generate community interest by allowing artist and community groups to be not only inspired by the historical artifacts but to have the BHS serve as the place where the artists can then display thier final creations.

The overall response to our proposal was quite interesting, while the board expressed interest in the overall design of the space, they wanted more concrete example of how we can develop relationship with various community organizations as well as more accurate financial estimates on the implementation of the technology we proposed.
