eParloe is the concept that my team and I came up in order to address what we believe are the detrimental effects that the traditional forms of justice and punishment especially in the terms of isolation and confinement have both on society and those incarcerated.

The following PDF file was presented to a distinguished panel as well as Red Burns and we received some very interesting and constructive advice on how to better present and strengthen our concept.
